1. Agreement with Our Company
• A contract in Japanese, compliant with Japanese law and the Security Services Act, must be signed.
• An English version meeting the above requirements can also be provided; however, the Japanese version of the contract will take precedence.
2. Security Fees
• Payments must be made in Japanese yen to our designated account, ensuring no discrepancies in the amount. If USD payment is sought to a US bank, or by credit card it is arranged for the yen<>dollar prevailing higher difference, and cards take 5.5%
3. Payment Terms
• Security fees must be paid in advance by the end of each month for the following month.
4. Subcontracting Security Services Stipulations
• If security services are subcontracted by our contracting partners, the subcontractor must be a licensed security company. However, this condition does not apply if an entire building holder/ management has been entrusted to the subcontractor and they are a property

5. Standard or Typical Starting Prices
• Sample starting prices for a premise/building below are rates not including tax, and not including elite/top-tier/special ex-intelligence services or vehicles, etc.
• Prices are for sample purposes only and subject to change, but are typically not cheaper hourly costs for personnel than the below, for any engagements under 365 days in contract length.
